• Now that my daughter's wedding is over and I've had a few days to breath, I wanted to tell you how much I really appreciated how Chapel Runners came through for me. After making an effort to make sure that our order was exactly what I wanted and then shipping out the runner, we were both terribly surprised to find out that it was lost in delivery. I was really concerned that we would not get the runner in time for my daughters wedding. This would have been particulary disappointing as the runner was intended to be a special surprise for my daughter. You contacted the delivery company, and upon realizing the runner was lost, offered to make another one right away and then have it overnighted to me. You were a life saver.
